About me...
My story begins in Munich—with Italian roots and a family where music was always at the heart of life. From a young age, I knew: I wanted to sing, and I wanted to help others discover their voice. While studying musicology at LMU Munich and opera at the Franz Liszt University of Music in Weimar, I soon found myself performing on international stages.
For over 20 years, as both an ensemble singer and soloist, I had the privilege of working with legendary conductors like Herbert Blomstedt, Ulf Schirmer, and Mariss Jansons, performing with ensembles such as the Norwegian Soloist Choir and the Bavarian Radio Chorus. Every concert was a journey, every conductor a new perspective.
My love for Baroque music took me to masterclasses and festivals, including three appearances at the Festival du Périgord Noir in France, where I sang leading roles in oratorios by Stradella, Hasse, and Handel. In 2016, I performed at the International Bach Academy Stuttgart under Hans-Christoph Rademann.
In 2017, I made my opera debut as Papagena in Mozart’s The Magic Flute at the Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar. This marked the start of a two-year guest engagement that introduced me to the world of opera. But the real turning point came with Opernstudio NRW, where I performed at major venues like Oper Dortmund, Musiktheater im Revier, and Aalto-Theater Essen. When I joined the Essen ensemble as a permanent member in 2020, it felt like coming home. Roles like Euridice in Orfeo ed Euridice, Adele in Die Fledermaus, and Fiakermilli in Arabella became unforgettable experiences—for both me and the audience.
Since 2022, I’ve been a proud member of the ensemble at Oper Köln, where I’ve already taken on iconic roles such as the Queen of the Night, Cleopatra in Giulio Cesare, and Zerlina in Don Giovanni.
One of my most cherished memories is the CD recording of Mahler’s 2nd Symphony with the Essen Philharmonic under Tomás Netopil (Naxos, 2022).
But the stage was never my only dream. Early on, I discovered how rewarding it is to guide others on their journey. With 10 years on the opera stage and 25 years of choral experience—combined with my work as a certified vocal pedagogue and ongoing professional development—I now have the opportunity to share knowledge, passion, and joy. Whether through classical voice lessons, ear training, or helping people find new strength through voice and breath, every path is unique, and I’m honored to accompany each individual on their journey.
